FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils (pots, plates, glasses, dishes) hot and cold running water, electricity, washing, ironing board, satellite TV, hairdryer, service private beach (1 umbrella and 2 beds) and private parking.
For each bed there are a blanket and a pillow.
The customer must bring only bed linen, table and bathroom. Not included: linen (sheets, towels, etc. ..).
Possibility to rent from our hotel (Hotel Caorle) and air conditioning.

GENERAL RULES:
1) The apartment is delivered between 15:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
2) The reservation is final on receipt of the deposit, the amount of which is determined by the direction at the time of booking (payable by postal order). The balance must be paid upon arrival direction. Early departures will not be entitled to any refund. At the time of key collection, will be required a deposit of 100.00 euro and the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after having checked the apartment.
3) The number of people lodging must correspond to that reported in the Reservation direction.
4) Cancellations will be accepted until 30 days before arrival and the deposit will be refunded after expenses.
5) In the event of delays in arrival is necessary to inform the direction the past 24 hours from the date of arrival, the apartment means free and will keep the deposit.
6) Claims accepted only until 22:00 pm the day of arrival.
7) On departure the apartment must be left in order as to delivery, with pots and dishes clean. |
